Canvas and QuantiTech Launch CQ Joint Venture (JV) To Provide Flexible And Innovative Solutions For Complex Services

CQJV, an unpopulated Woman-Owned Small Business joint venture, combines over 40 years of experience from JV members Canvas, Inc. (Protégé and Managing Partner) and QuantiTech, an Axient Company, (Mentor) to provide integrated and innovative solutions to Department of Defense (DoD) and Federal customers. As a JV under the Small Business Administration’s (SBA) All Small Mentor-Protégé (ASMP) program, CQ JV provides expertise in technical engineering and software/product development.

About the SBA All Small Mentor-Protégé Program:
The SBA ASMP program encourages the development of strong protégé firms through mentor-provided business development assistance, and to help them successfully compete for government contracts. Protégés in the ASMP Program are eligible to form a joint venture with an SBA approved Mentor. The JV may compete for Federal contracts and subcontracts based on size and socioeconomic status regardless of the Mentor’s size.
